NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 27, 2018, and entered in 2017-CA-005966-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-8 is the Plaintiff and MARC JABLON; THE WAVERLY ON LAKE EOLA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; SPRINGS EQUITY, LTD., A FLORIDA LIMITED PARTNERSHIP BY TRICOR FINANCIAL CORP., ITS GENERAL PARTNER; UNITED STATES SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION are the Defendant(s). Tiffany Moore Russell as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on May 29, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
