NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 3, 2018 and entered in Civil Case Number 2017CA004986AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein HMC ASSETS, LLC SOLELY IN ITS CAPACITY AS SEPARATE TRUSTEE OF CAM XIV TRUST is Plaintiff and GREGORY SHRIMPLIN; CAROLYN SHRIMPLIN; SHADYBROOK VILLAGE OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2, whose name is fictitious to account for parties in possession are Defendants, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, the Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court and Comptroller, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on July 3, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. electronically online at the following website: www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property in Manatee County, Florida as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
