NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 30, 2018, in Case No. 2016 CC 1374 the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on May 31, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Lot 75, River Sound, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 53, Page 135, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
