NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 8, 2018, entered in Case No. 2016CA002062AX of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the Plaintiff and Laverne M. Sampson a/k/a Laverne Sampson; Donnie W. Sampson a/k/a Donnie Sampson a/k/a Donald W. Sampson are the Defendants, that Angelina Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 7th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25 AND THE EASTERLY 1/2 OF LOT 26, BLOCK 58, WHITFIELD ESTATES, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
