RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed March 13, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2015CA000674000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST, SERIES 2005-S001, is Plaintiff, and GLORIA OQUENDO, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 11 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 30, ROBBINS REST, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 92, Pages 39 and 40, of the Public Records of Polk County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
