NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA003519000000 of Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida wherein, MED PROPERTIES VII, LLC, is the Plaintiff, and THE CLUB AT COLLEGE PARK, INC., et al., are Defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at 10:00 o'clock A.M. on the 22nd day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
