NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2015-CA-000636 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2005-NC3 Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and DEBORAH L. BOGGS A/K/A DEBORAH RIDDLEY A/K/A DEBORAH BOGGS are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on May 30, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 7, SILVERCREST, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 35, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
