NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2018CA000176000000, of the Circuit Court of the Tenth Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida. HOME INVESTMENT FUND IV LP, is Plaintiff and BULMAR DE LA CRUZ A/K/A BULMARO DE LA CRUZ; ELIZABETH DE LA CRUZ A/K/A ELIZABETH FERER A/K/A ELIZABETH FERRER, are defendants. Stacy M. Butterfield, Clerk of Circuit Court for POLK, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 31ST day of MAY, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 114.55 FEET OF THE NORTH 148.7 FEET OF TRACT 44, 2ND REPLAT OF BLOCKS 26 AND 35 AND THE NORTH 1/2 OF BLOCK 44, LAKE ALFRED, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 31, PAGE 42, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
