NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2018, and entered in Case No. 2017CA001605000000, of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for POLK County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is Plaintiff and GEORGE W. MCGEE A/K/A GEORGE MCGEE; JOHNNIE R. MCGEE A/K/A JOHNNIE MCGEE; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE MANHATTAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION; KIMBERLEA CONDOMINIUM III ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. STACY M. UNIT 22, OF KIMBERLEA CONDOMINIUM III, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 8 TO 11, INCLUSIVE, AND AMENDED CONDOMINIUM BOOK 3, PAGES 30 TO 32, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED MARCH 11, 1977, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1736, PAGES 511 THROUGH 538, AND AMENDMENT FILED JULY 7, 1978, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1820, PAGE 586, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 3.846 INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISION OF SAID DECLARATION.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
