Chaves, As Heir Of The Estate Of Jose E. Chaves A/K/A Jose Ernesto Chaves, Deceased; Steven Freitas Chaves, As Heir Of The Estate Of Jose E. Chaves A/K/A Jose Ernesto Chaves, Deceased; Ilda Freitas Chaves, Natural Guardian For Michael Chaves, A Minor Child, As Heir Of The Estate Of Jose E. Chaves A/K/A Jose Ernesto Chaves, Deceased; Patricia Chaves, As Heir Of The Estate Of Jose E. Chaves A/K/A Jose Ernesto Chaves, Deceased; Katia Chaves, As Heir Of The Estate Of Jose E. Chaves A/K/A Jose Ernesto Chaves, Deceased; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouse, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants; Tenant #1 N/K/A Lisa Cain are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 30th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, COUNTRY CLUB ESTATES, UNIT 1-B, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 148, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
