FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING CONTINUE SOUTH 00 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 31 SECONDS EAST, 62.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 25 SECONDS WEST, 115.00 FEET: THENCE NORTH 00 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 31 SECONDS WEST, 62.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 55 MINUTES 25 SECONDS EAST. 115.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. THE WESTERLY 25.00 FEET THEREOF BEING RESERVED FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY, DRAINAGE AND/OR UTILITY PURPOSES. THE EAST 10.00 FEET THEREOF BEING RESERVED FOR DRAINAGE AND/OR UTILITY PURPOSES.
