NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered April 27, 2018 in Civil Case No. 51-2016-CA-003576-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein JAMES B. NUTTER & COMPANY is Plaintiff and JANICE V OWENSA/K/A JANICE V. LONGMORE-OWENS, ET. AL., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court PAULA S. O`NEIL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 6th day of June, 2018 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, PEPPER DEVELOPMENT PROPERTIES #2, SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ACCORDING TO MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
TOGETHER WITH 1985 HARBOR MOBILE HOME VIN# PH19584AFL AND PH19584BFL
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
