NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 51-2016-CA-000601-CAAX-ES, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida. DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE SECURITIES INC., ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-R10 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CONRAD D. POSEY A/K/A CONRAD POSEY, ELSA L. POSEY A/K/A ELSA POSEY A/K/A ELSA LAURA POSEY, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY, are defendants. Paula S. O'neil, Clerk of the Circuit Court for PASCO, County Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m., on the 4th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
TRACT 24, IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, ZEPHYRHILLS COLONY COMPANY LANDS, AS PER PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 1, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA. LESS AND EXCEPT THE WEST 359.23 FEET, TOGETHER WITH AN INGRESS AND EGRESS EASEMENT OVER AND ACROSS THE NORTH 15.00 FEET OF THE WEST 359.23 FEET OF TRACT 24 IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 26 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
