NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2018, and entered in 2012-CA-03764 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE (CWALT 2005-59) is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL ZETO A/K/A MICHAEL T. ZETO; THOMAS ZETO A/K/A THOMAS A. ZETO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS ZETO A/K/A THOMAS A. ZETO N/K/A MARGARET ZETO; TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APTS, INC. NO. 1; AMERICAN PROPERTIES GROUP, LLC, TRUSTEE OF THE 175 TUTRTLE LAKE COURT 9-106 LAND TRUST; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A JOHN PARADIS are the Defendant(s). Dwight Brock as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112, at 11:00 AM, on May 31, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 106, TURTLE LAKE GOLF COLONY CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, BUILDING 9, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND EXHIBITS THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 855, PAGES 350 TO 381, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
