NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 3, 2018 in the above action, the Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Pasco, Florida, on June 7, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com for the following described property:
LOT 40, SABALWOOD AT RIVER RIDGE, PHASE 1, according to the map or p1at thereof recorded in P1at Book 41, Pages 7-10, Pub1ic Records of Pasco County, F1orida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
