NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 25, 2018, entered in Case No. 2017CA002103CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-5 is the Plaintiff and Mary Jayne Pass; Unknown Spouse of Mary Jayne Pass; Tracie Marie Fisher a/k/a Tracie M. Fisher; Rick Fisher; Lynne Ann Rontti a/k/a Lynne Rontti; Unknown Spouse of Lynne Ann Rontti a/k/a Lynne Rontti; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. as nominee for Capital One Home Loans, LLC are the Defendants, that Paula O'Neil, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 31st day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14, BLOCK B, OF GROVE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE(S) 137, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
