NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 26, 2018 and an Order Resetting Sale dated April 27, 2018 and entered in Case No. 512016CA001777CAAXES of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE FOR TRUMAN 2016 SC6 TITLE TRUST is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER M. GANT A/K/A CHRISTOPHER MICHAEL GANT; AMY S. GANT A/K/A AMY SHEREE GANT; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTERES BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF CHARLIE LUCKIE JR., DECEASED; BARBARA C. The land referred to herein is situated in the State of Florida, County of Pasco, City of Dade City described as follows:
The North 420 feet of the East 210 feet of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 27, Township 24 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida. Together with an easement for ingress and egress as described in Official Records Book 7492, Page 1965, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Together with an easement over the West 20 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 27, Township 24 South, Range 20 East, Pasco County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
