Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 30, 2018 by the Circuit Comt of SARASOTA County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in SARASOTA County, Florida described as:
UNIT 274, SIENNA PARK, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded as Clerk's Instrument No. 2006116369, public records of Sarasota County, Florida.
and commonly known as: 3475 Clark Rd., #274, Sarasota, FL 34231; including the building, appmtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the SARASOTA County public auction website at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on 4th day of June, 2018 at 9 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
