MORGAN MORTGAGE ACQUISITION TRUST 2006-NC2 ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-NC2 is Plaintiff and KELEIGH RAE ALLEN A/K/A KALEIGH RAE ALLEN A/K/A KELEIGH ALLEN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KELEIGH RAE ALLEN A/K/A KALEIGH RAE ALLEN A/K/A KELEIGH ALLEN; MATTHEW TODD BALD A/K/A MATTHEW BALD A/K/A MATTHEW T. BALD; BLACKWATER FEDERAL INVESTMENTS LLC; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; ALL AMERICAN FINANCIAL ASSOCIATES, INC.; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF SUBJECT PROPERTY UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, KAREN E. LOT 2, BLOCK 221, OF THE 8TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 20, 20-A THROUGH 20-Z-2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
