NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated May 2, 2018, entered in Case No. 2013 CA 008648 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U,S, BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CREDIT SUISSE FIRST BOSTON MORTGAGE SECURITIES CORP., CSFB MORTGAGE-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6 is the Plaintiff and Daniel W. Stolarczyk; Alicia A Stolarczyk; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the herein named individual defendant(s) who Are Not Known to Be Dead or Alive, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants; Sarasota County, Florida; Unknonwn Tenant #1 in possession of the property; Unknown Tenant #2 in possession of the property are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 7th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, TAMIAMI TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 93, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
