Wherein, U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, IN TRUST FOR REGISTERED HOLDERS OF CHASE FUNDING MORTGAGE LOAN ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2003-5, is Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF THELMA LEE KAUFMAN A/K/A THELMA FORD KAUFMAN, UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH OR UNDER OR AGAINST THELMA LEE KAUFMAN A/K/A THELMA FORD KAUFMAN, DECEASED; GREGORY KAUFMAN; MARK JEROME KAUFMAN; CONNIE CARON A/KA/ CONNIE CHRISTENSEN; THERESA CHAMPLIN; GREG NICKERSON; TIMOTHY A.
