NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-002048 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Carrington Mortgage Services, LLC, Plaintiff and Marc Lagalla a/k/a M. Lagalla are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on August 31, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 15 AND 16, BLOCK 3589, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 46, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED AT PLAT BOOK 17, PAGES 118 THROUGH 129, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
