Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 8 day of May, 2018, and entered in case No. 17-CC-00018 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein PROMENADE AT THE FORUM HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and, ELAINE LYNNE SIRT- HASTING, DAVID SCOTT HASTINGS, EQUITY PRESENTATION FUNDING, LLC and the UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION now known as BENJAMIN EIRE, are the Defendants.
That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of June, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
