UNIT K-2, VILLA CAPRI, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in Official Records Book 589, at Page 289, et seq., as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration, as may be amended.

has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiffs attorney, SUSAN M. McLAUGHLIN. ESQ. of the Pavese Law Firm, P. 0. Box 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902-1507 within 30 days from first date of publication and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
