Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 7, 2018, in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, beginning 9:00 A.M. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 6 day of June, 2018, the following described property.
Unit 243, Building 24, TRIANA III OF RENAISSANCE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded at Official Records Instrument Number 2005000065348, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, and all amendments thereto together with it's undivided share in the common elements.
The subject property is also known as: 9290 Triana Terrace, #243, Fort Myers, Florida 33912.
ANY PERSONS CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER SALE.
