NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2017-CA-001860 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Nationstar Mortgage LLC, Plaintiff and Teryl D. Pett f/k/a Teryl D. Carney a/k/a Teryl Carney are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT www.lee.realforeclose.com IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on July 9, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 11, DEER LAKE UNIT 1 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 58 PAGE 73 AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
