LOT 70, BLOCK 35, APOLLO BEACH, UNIT 6, LESS THE NORTHERLY 10 FEET THEREOF AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 88, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 719 EAGLE LANE, APOLLO BEACH, FL 33572; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the Hillsborough County auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com., on AUGUST 30, 2018 at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
