NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 10, 2018, entered in Case No. 07-CA-016941 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Trust Series INABS 2006-E, Home Equity Mortgage Loan Asset-Backed Certificates, Series INABS 2006-E Under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated Dec 1, 2006 is the Plaintiff and Fred A. Vega; Rosanna Vega; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim an Interest as Spouses, Heirs, Devisees; Zulma Y. Gomez; State of Florida Department of Revenue are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 29th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, THAT PART OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 EAST OF THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF ARMENIA AVENUE, AND NORTH OF LAKE CARROLL MANOR SUBDIVISION, LESS THE EAST 1,036.42 FEET THEREOF AND LESS THAT PART DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING 145.75 FEET EAST OF THE NW CORNER OF THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4, AND RUN SOUTH 244.42 FEET; THENCE EAST 151.15 FEET; THENCE NORTH TO A POINT 149.07 FEET EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE WEST 149.07 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
