NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Amended Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Favor of Plaintiff, entered in this action on the 30th day of April, 2018, the Clerk of the Court, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on June 22, 2018 at 10:00 A.M., the following described property:
Lot 107, Block 82, LIVE OAK PRESERVE PHASE 2A - Villages 9, 10, 11 AND 14, according to the Plat recorded in Plat Book 105, Page 46, as recorded in the Public Records of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Association at 20234 Merry Oak Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33647 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
