Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on May 2, 2018 by the County Court of HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, The Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida described as:

and commonly known as: 12210 Creighton Place, Riverview, FL 33569; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, on the HILLSBOROUGH County public auction website at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on 22nd day of June, 2018 at 10 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
