NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-008114 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE TO CITIBANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR BNC MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST SERIES 2007-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-3 is the Plaintiff and RUSSELLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; EUNICE A. BAUTISTA A/K/A EUNICE ALTAGRACIA OVALLE A/K/A EUNICE A. OVALLE-VELAZQUEZ are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 31, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
