NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court, will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 49, of ENCLAVE AT RAMBLE CREEK, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 120, Pages 273 trhough 276, inclusive, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, and any subsequent amdnemts to the aforesaid.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, via the Internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on June 8, 2018.
