NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 6, 2018, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-006637 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Hsbc Bank Usa, National Association, As Trustee For Adjustable Rate Mortgage Trust 2005-1, Adjustable Rate Mortgage Backed Pass-through Certificates, Series 2005-1, is the Plaintiff and Carlos Gutierrez A/K/A C. Gutierrez, Unknown Spouse Of Carlos Gutierrez N/K/A Zora Gutierrez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 31st day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
