Felty a/k/a Holly A. Dickson a/k/a Holly Ann Felty a/k/a Holly Ann Dickson a/k/a Holly Felty a/k/a Holly Dickson ; Unknown spouse of Holly A. Felty a/k/a Holly A. Dickson a/k/a Holly Ann Felty a/k/a Holly Ann Dickson a/k/a Holly Felty a/k/a Holly Dickson; Joel B. Felty; Any and All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, and Against the Herein Named Individual Defendant(s) who are not Knwon to be Dead or Alive, Wheather said Unknown Parties may Claim an Interest as Spouses, heirs, Devisees, Grantees, or Other Claimants; Bay Cities Bank ; Synchrony Bank Successor by Merger to GE Money Bank ; Hillsborough County ; United States of America-Internal Revenue Service are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 30th day of May, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, DANA SHORES, UNIT NO. 4A, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 40, PAGE 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS AND EXCEPT THAT PORTION, OF LOT 19 DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, BEGIN AT THE NORTHERNMOST POINT ON THE BOUNDARY BETWEEN LOTS 19 AND 20; RUN THENCE SOUTH 64 DEGREES 32 MINUTES 12 SECONDS EAST 98.15 FEET TO THE SOUTHERNMOST POINT ON THE BOUNDARY OF LOTS 19 AND 20; THENCE WITH SAID BOUNDARY NORTH 47 DEGREES 53 MINUTES 35 SECONDS WEST 61.50 FEET; THENCE NORTH 88 DEGREES 42 MINUTES 42 SECONDS WEST, 43.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
