NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 23, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-003561 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR SALOMON BROTHERS MORTGAGE SECURITIES VII, INC. ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES SERIES 1998-NC3 is the Plaintiff and DANIEL SHOWERS are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 30, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
