NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 17, 218 and entered in Case No. 09-CA-032872 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CHRISTIANA TRUST, A DIVISION OF WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS TRUSTEE FOR STANWICH MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2012-13, is the Plaintiff and PHIL DESAUTELS and SHEILA DESAUTELS are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on May 24, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 1, PHASE IV OF ECHO LAKE ESTATES, A RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103 PAGES 238-240 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
