YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, VICTORIA PLACE PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 201, VICTORIA PLACE, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Books 19335, Page 1335, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, and all amendments thereto, together with an undivided share in the common elements. With the following street address: 200 Main Street, #201, Dunedin, Florida, 34698.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before 6/4/18, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
