NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 12th 2017, and entered in Case No. 13-000290-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-AR35, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR35, is Plaintiff and XOCHITL CAMARGO, et. al., are the Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 26th day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
