SCOPE OF PROJECT: The Pinellas County School Board (the district) requests qualification statements from experienced and qualified firms or individuals to provide Architectural Design Services for major renovations campus wide and to create new cafeteria, art room, and band room.

SPECIFICATIONS: 45 DAYS
PHASE 3 CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS & SPECIFICATIONS: 60 DAYS
Such time limitations shall be exclusive of review and approval.
