NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 24, 2018 and entered in 17-006104-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida where HABITAT FOR HUMANITY OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC. F/K/A PINELALS HABITAT FOR HUMANITY, INC. is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL CASEY; LOIS DEANNA SCHMIDT-CASEY; JEFFERSON CAPITAL SYSTEMS, LLC; AND CAPITAL ONE BANK (USA) N.A. are Defendant(s). Ken Burke as Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on June 20, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
