NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 26, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 17-004153-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST, Plaintiff, and CHRISTIAN SCOTT ANGELL A/K/A CHRISTIAN S. ANGELL; ALMA SIMONE SOELCH A/K/A ALMA S. SOELCH F/K/A ALMA SIMONE ANGELL F/K/A ALMA ANGELL; CYNTHIA SUNSHINE HUGHES A/K/A CYNTHIA A. HUGHES F/K/A CYNTHIA SUNSHINE ANGELL; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF CHARLES S. KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 27th day of June, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK E, MONTEREY, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 50 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
