PERROTTA, DECEASED; UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, CREDITORS and LIENORS OF THE ESTATE OF RALPH ANDREW PERROTTA, DECEASED; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANTS WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS;
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED of the institution of this action by the Plaintiff against you seeking to quiet title to the following described real property located in Pasco County, Florida, more particularly described, to wit
CONDOMINIUM UNIT A-2, BUILDING NO. 116 of PINE RIDGE AT LAKE TARPON, VILLAGE I#2, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE II, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Record Book 5802, Page 1894, and according to Condominium Plat Book 78, Pages 29 through 35, inclusive, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida; TOGETHER with an undivided interest in the common elements pertaining thereto.

Commonly Known As: 1243 Pine Ridge Circle West, Building 116, Apartment A-2, Tarpon Springs, Florida 34688.
and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses if any, to Chad T. Orsatti, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 2925 Alternate 19 North, Suite B, Palm Harbor, Florida 34683, on or before 6/8/18, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
