NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 05, 2018, and entered in Case No. 16-002147-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF ORAN WAYNE HUFFERT, DECEASED, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 15 day of June, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That certain Condominium Parcel composed of Unit No. 103, Building 'T', Phase I, of BONAVENTURE CONDOMINIUM I and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 6050, Page 854, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 86, Pages 52 through 56, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
