NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 23, 2018, and entered in 15-004445-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein PROF-2014- LEGAL TITLE TRUST II, BY U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS LEGAL TITLE TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff and LAND TRUST SERVICE CORPORATION, AS TRUSTEE OF TRUST NO. 7560-92-205B DATED NOVEMBER 13, 2014.; LILLIAN B. BOOTH A/K/A LILLIAN BOOTH; SUNTRUST BANK; SEMINOLE COUNTRY GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on May 24, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
