Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on April 26, 2018, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 106, AS SHOWN ON CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF THE SEVEN OAKS APARTMENTS, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30 THROUGH 31, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED OCTOBER 21, 1968, IN OR BOOK 2933, PAGE 89 THROUGH 119, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF, AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
