NOTICE OF SHERIFF'S SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN That pursuant to a Writ of Execution issued in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, on the 13th day of April A.D., 2018, in the cause wherein, Anjo Assoc, Inc., was plaintiff(s) and Oar Enterprises of St. Petersburg, Inc., etc., and John Molitor, etc., was defendant(s), being Case No 1212519CI015 in the said Court, I, Bob Gualtieri, as Sheriff of Pinellas County, Florida, have levied upon all right, title and interest of the above named defendant(s), Oar Enterprises of St. Petersburg, Inc., and John Molitor, in and to the following described real property located and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to-wit:
Lots 4, 5, and 6, less the East 80 feet thereof, all of Lot 7, Lot 8, less the West 5.8 feet, Block 1, W.J. CURN SUBN. OF GULFPORT, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 56, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
