NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 10th day of January 2018, and entered in Case No. 15-000558-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, ON BEHALF OF REGISTERED HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ASSET BACKED SECURITIES I LLC, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AC4, is the Plaintiff and KATHLEEN A. CULLEN; REGIONS BANK, AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO AMSOUTH BANK; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN PARTY #1, UNKNOWN PARTY #2, UNKNOWN PARTY #3, AND UNKNOWN PARTY #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, the names being fictitious to account for parties in possession, are defendants. BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 40; THENCE N 6 DEGREES 33 MINUTES 07 SECONDS E, ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 40, A DISTANCE OF 127 FEET TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE S 87 DEGREES 00 MINUTES 00 SECONDS E, 120 FEET TO THE VEGETATION LINE REFERRED TO IN DEED RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 12409, PAGE 1952; THENCE SOUTHWESTERLY AND SOUTHEASTERLY ALONG SAID LINE 150 FEET MORE OR LESS TO ITS INTERSECTION WITH THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 40 AS EXTENDED EASTERLY; THENCE N 89 DEGREES 56 MINUTES 50 SECONDS W, 145 FEET MORE OR LESS ALONG SAID LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
