001837-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and JENNIFER KIRKMAN; JERRY KIRKMAN; THERESA KIRKMAN; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF DELORES KIRKMAN, DECEASED; MELANIE CAPLAN A/K/A MELANIE KIRKMAN; REBEKAH KIRKMAN; CHARLES KIRKMAN; THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF JAMES KIRKMAN A/K/A JAMES MICHAEL KIRKMAN, DECEASED are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on June 05, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
