has been filed against you and you are requested to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to said action on plaintiff's attorney, Charles A. Carlson, Esq., whose address is Barnett, Bolt, Kirkwood, Long & Koche, P.A., 601 Bayshore Boulevard, Suite 700, Tampa, Florida 33606 on or before June 5, 2018, and to file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on the plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
