NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 26th day of April, 2018, and entered in Case No. 14000041CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and JOZEFA B. LYPKA; JANET C. LYPKA; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OFCIRCUIT COURT OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION OF TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRYSIDE, INC.; TOWNHOMES OF COUNTRYSIDE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A SONDRA MACKREY; and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
